Made by Hongen, "My Reader" Reading Pen is a wonderful product that brings Chinese story books and learning activities vividly to life. Touching the books with the pen, every page, every picture, every word and every paragraph can make sounds and guide the children to learn Chinese.

This set includes the pen, Hello Teddy Pocket Books, My First Books, and Chinese Reading House For Kids (vol. 1).

Hello Teddy Pocket Books contains two books and a CD-ROM: 1. 500 Chinese Characters, Pinyin and Chinese characters included. 2. 500 English Words, English and Chinese characters included.

My First Books also contains two books and a CD-ROM: 1. My First Chinese, which contains the most basic Chinese characters categorized in 23 topics such as numbers, family members, opposites and animals. 2. My First English, which contains English words categorized into topics such as farm animals, fruits and toys.

Chinese Reading House for Kids (vol. 1), contains 9 books. Each book's simple sentences (Chinese with Pinyin) provide challenges for young readers to master without being too difficult. It is designed to give every child a successful reading experience - children can follow the grade guidelines or read through the steps at their own speed, developing confidence and pride in their reading. Fully audio-enabled with the reading pen, children can learn independently and at their own pace.
